Delivery

Choose your delivery slot    

• We will contact you within 3 days of you order to arrange a slot to suit you. 

• Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your chosen day.

• We’ll call you the afternoon before your scheduled delivery date to advise of an approximate delivery time and make sure that the slot still works for you.

• If you need to change your delivery date after you have placed your order – that’s not a problem at all, we’ll happily accommodate. Just make sure you contact us within 48 hours of the original order date, so that we have time to alter your slot. 

Delivery costs

• Our delivery prices will be displayed within the checkout, prior to submitting an order, and we offer free delivery on all orders over £995.

Delivering your order  

• Please note that we operate a kerbside delivery service, meaning that your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside to your delivery address.
• We send the delivery in a one driver van so may require assistance with larger items.

• We are only able to deliver products to England. We’re unable to fulfil orders to Scotland,  Whales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.
